Yes! B&B technician (handyman) will view the project and give an estimate for a lump sum.
You can, but it is not necessary. We’re also supplier of all the materials for the services we provide on affordable prices. We can pick up, deliver and install any materials you desire for the project.
We do NOT charge by the hour. We give an estimate for a complete project. By not charging hourly, we remove the risk of the project taking longer and ultimately costing the customer more than the estimate.
Yes! When you book your appointment with the call center, the call service representative will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.
Yes! We leave the choices to you! You pick the paint colors or the material color. You can even choose the manufacturer if you desire. You can also leave the selection of the manufacturer to us. We only use high quality manufacturers.
All of our technicians go through a thorough screening process. Our Tier 1 technicians have a minimum of 10 years experience and their own hand-tools. We know that trust is a major factor when you have someone coming into your home or business, so we make certain all of our technicians are prompt, clean, and professional!
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If in the unlikely event you are not satisfied or if you feel like the job was not properly done, we will send you another handyman to do the work as required. Please note that you can only claim a free return service if you report a problem within 48 hours.
You can pay our handyman (or technician) in cash, when he completes the job at your premises, and provides you with an official invoice.
We aim to provide you a handyman as soon as possible. Usually the handyman will arrive to you within 2 hours unless there are extraordinary circumstances*.
We will invoice you after the work has been completed. Please note that you will be charged a fixed amount of Rs. 200 as a 'Visiting Fee' to the total invoice.
